Mindfulness Yoga ~
Every Thursday  7:30-9pm~ Live Online or In Studio
We will use classical hatha yoga as a focus to keep us meditatively aware of mind and body as we develop more skill in being present. The class will consist of asana(postures), Pranayama (breath control), meditation and deep relaxation. All ages and experience welcome.
